In terms of safety risk management, control and disposal, the construction of projects with uncontrollable safety risks is strictly prohibited, projects with high safety risks and low energy efficiency are strictly restricted, the implementation of technological transformation projects that improve safety production levels is encouraged, and the exit of high-risk companies is accelerated.
