Sinopec News Network has reported that the Shandong Weifang 300,000 tons/year high-end polypropylene project undertaken by the Tenth Construction Company of Refining and Chemical Engineering has been carried out efficiently, laying a solid foundation for the completion of the project by the end of this year
.
It is understood that Weifang’s 300,000-ton/year high-end polypropylene project is a key construction project of the Shijian Company in Shandong Province in 2021.
The construction period is only 330 days, and it faces tight schedules, complex geological conditions, and superposition of various professional construction peaks.
Unfavorable factors

Since winning the project bid, Shijian Company quickly established a project organization, actively communicated and coordinated with the owner, supervision, design and other units, and optimized and perfected 12 professional construction organization plans including civil engineering, underground pipe network, steel structure, process pipeline, and equipment.
In response to the severe safety management and control situation, the project department took the risk investigation as a breakthrough, through a comprehensive and three-dimensional risk investigation, to build a solid construction safety control line of defense for all specialties, and to provide safety guarantees for the smooth completion of the goals of each professional construction node
.
The project department continued to strengthen construction quality management and control, and successively implemented 8 measures such as quality management "model guide", strengthened rainy season construction quality management, and quality closed-loop management mobile APP.
At present, after five months of hard work by the staff involved in the construction, the high-end polypropylene equipment civil concrete pouring, steel bar bundling, underground pipe network and other professional main bodies have been completed, and the steel structure installation is in full swing.
