According to reports, the "Research and Demonstration of Key Technologies for Improving Quality and Efficiency of Highland Barley" is specially aimed at industrial development needs and key technical bottlenecks, aiming at realizing diversified, healthy and convenient processing, giving full play to the function of highland barley platform, strengthening quality evaluation, and improving highland barley.
At the same time, the project will break through key technical problems such as high-efficiency highland barley milling, highland barley flour stabilization, green processing of high-value highland barley products, comprehensive utilization of functional components, and biological efficacy analysis, providing technical support for the development of the highland barley industry
In addition, the special project will select and breed a variety of special and high-quality varieties, do a good job in green and organic production of highland barley raw grains, provide resource guarantee for industrial development, and systematically explore the cultural connotation of highland barley, and explore the development path of branding, high value and high efficiency from the perspective of industrial economy.
It is understood that the basic and applied research of the project, the linkage of scientific research between institutes and enterprises, and the combination of technological innovation and soft science, will enhance the research level and research ability of plateau-characterized agriculture and animal husbandry represented by highland barley, and lead the highland barley industry to make breakthroughs with technological innovation.
