    In order to solve the above problems, on September 21, 2021, the Beijing Future Gene Diagnosis Advanced Innovation Center, Peking University Biomedical Frontier Innovation Center Tang Fuchou's research group and Peking University School of Mathematical Sciences Li Tiejun's research group cooperated online on Briefings in Bioinformatics published a report entitled Integrating single-cell datasets with ambiguous batch information by incorporating molecular network features research papers


    The research assumes that each gene does not perform functions in isolation in the cell, but tends to form a complex molecular network of multiple different genes (for example, the protein products of different genes combine to form protein complexes) and interact together to determine the cell or Physiological phenotype of organisms
