On the 24th, Sumitomo Chemical said that the company is expanding its production capacity of high-purity chemicals for semiconductors

The company said in a statement that it will double its high-purity sulfuric acid production capacity by installing new production lines at its plant in Ehime, Japan, and at its wholly-owned subsidiary Dongwoo Fine-Chem in Iksan, South Korea.
