According to reports, the new marine fuel oil storage facility SS29A substation of Zhongke Refinery is the 86th special substation of the Zhongke Refinery project.

In order to ensure that Zhongke Refinery’s new marine fuel oil storage facility substation receives electricity on schedule, the fourth construction project management team participated in a group of land projects managed by PMC, which closely revolved around transformers, electrical panels hoisting in place, and cable laying and wiring.

According to another report, the newly built marine fuel oil storage facility of Zhongke Refinery is mainly composed of five parts: storage tank area, substation, foam station, system pipe network, and dock fire tank.
