Recently, researchers from the second people's Hospital of Neijiang City, Sichuan Province, published a paper to explore the inhibitory effect of Hedyotis diffusa extract (HD-1) on human cancer cells and mouse solid tumors The results showed that the extract of Hedyotis diffusa could inhibit the growth of HepG2 and hcti 16 cells, and the growth of solid tumor in mice This article was published in the 25th issue of the Journal of modern integrated Chinese and Western medicine in 2014 The effect of extract HD-1 from Hedyotis diffusa on human hepatoma cell line HepG2 and human colorectal cancer cell line hcti was detected by MTT method in vitro The effects of HD-1 on the body weight, tumor inhibition rate, thymus index and spleen index were compared In vitro experiments showed that the inhibition rate of Hedyotis diffusa extract on HepG2 and hcti16 was related to the concentration and time of action In vivo experiments showed that compared with the model control group, the tumor mass in the high HD-1 group and the low HD-1 group decreased, the inhibition rates were 13.28% and 26.47% respectively, and the spleen index increased significantly (P < 0.05) There were significant differences in thymus index, spleen index, liver index and lung index between CTX group and CTX + HD-1 group (P < 0.05).
