1.
Turn "POWER" to "ON"
.
2.
Open the centrifuge cover (be careful not to use excessive force to avoid damaging the interlocking device), install the required centrifuge rotor on the rotating shaft, and gently turn the rotor by hand to verify whether the rotor is in the correct position, that is, to meet the requirements of the shaft
.
3.
Turn "CONTROL" to the desired centrifugation temperature mark
.
4.
According to the rotor and rotation speed, find out the compensation number in the "temperature compensation curve" attached to the console of the desktop centrifuge, and then adjust the "COMPENSATE" knob to this value
.
5.
Adjust the "SPEED" turntable to the required speed (the choice of speed should consider the allowable speed of the rotor, the allowable speed of the desktop centrifuge and the bearing capacity of the centrifuge tube)
.
6.
Put the "BRAKE" switch in the "OFF" position, so that the speed will decrease naturally when the centrifugation ends
.
If you need emergency braking (in case of failure), you can open it to the "ON" file, but generally try not to use it
.
7.
Rotate the "TIMER" dial to the required time scale.
When rotating, first turn the dial clockwise, and then turn the dial counterclockwise to the required time, often for a few minutes, and wait for the speed to increase.
Only adjust to the correct position when the speed is required
.
If the centrifugation time is longer than 60min, turn the turntable to the "FREE" position
.
8.
Place the balanced centrifuge tube sample symmetrically in the centrifuge hole of the rotor, cover the rotor cover, and tighten the screw cap
.
9.
Press the "START" button, the centrifuge starts to run, and the green light is on
.
10.
When the centrifugation is over, the "TIMER" turntable will return to the "0" position on the scale, and the "STOP" indicator will light up automatically.
Only then can the centrifuge chamber be opened and the centrifuge tube taken out
.
If you need to stop in the middle of centrifugation, or when the "TIMER" is in the "FREE" position, you can press the "STOP" button and wait until the red light is on before opening the door
