Spanish renewable energy company Iberdrola has reached an agreement with Macquarie Group's Green Investment Group (GIG) to sell a 40 percent stake

After the completion of the transaction, Iberdrola will continue to be the majority shareholder, owning 60% of the shares located in the wind farm

The company said completion of the transaction is subject to approval from the Crown Estate

The East Anglia One offshore wind farm will include 102 Siemens Gamesa 7MW large turbines, with the first turbine installation completed
in June.
According to the plan, the offshore wind farm will be commissioned
in 2020.
