Tropical forest soils have high carbon storage and carbon sequestration potential, and small changes in them may also have an impact on the global carbon cycle
Under the guidance of researcher Wang Faming, Zhou Jinge, a postgraduate student at the Ecology Center of the South China Botanical Garden of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, carried out experiments on the effects of wet season delay and wet season rainfall on soil carbon cycle on the field precipitation simulation platform of Xiaoliang Station
Relevant research results have been recently published in the international academic journal Plant and Soil ("Plant and Soil")
