Recently, Spanish independent photovoltaic power producer Sonnedix has secured non-refinancing of a portfolio of 12 solar power plants in Spain with a total installed capacity of 30.
4MW.

The total value of the refinancing projects is approximately $165 million

The transaction was completed by Q-Energy, an existing joint venture that oversees Vela Energy's portfolio and co-leads the bond offering
