Scientists recently reported on the use of rotary coating legal system for optical transparency, ultra-hydro-hydro, anti-fog composite surface step and pot method.
the study, new methods were used to prepare optically transparent, ultra-hydro-hydroelolonic anti-fog composite surfaces. Source: Blackday - stock.adobe.com

.
the wetting and anti-fog properties of these surfaces were studied according to the content of silica particles in the composite solution. The effects of changes in production techniques on the wetting and anti-fog properties of these surfaces with a content of 20% wt silica particles were also studied. The apparent water contact angle of the transparent surface was found to vary between 65 and 4 degrees, depending on the silicon dioxide content, polymer type and production technology.
good anti-fog performance and light transmission
Super hydro-hydroelolage surface (WCA s 4 degrees) shows good anti-fog performance and light transmission performance. It has also been observed that anti-fog performance is maintained when the water contact angle is less than 15 degrees. However, the anti-fog performance disappears when the water contact angle is above 25 degrees. These results show that a pot-by-pot reaction has better results than a two-step reaction, depending on when the silica particles are added.
