"Smart Workover Doctor" came to the operation site of Zhongyuan Oilfield

Sinopec News Network reported on April 20, the 401 team of the fourth team of the Zhongyuan Oilfield Oil and Gas Production Engineering Service Center performed the gas storage well plugging operation at the Wei 11-8 well site.

As the "workover doctor" of oil and gas wells in the oil field, the Oil and Gas Production Engineering Service Center has nearly 1,000 oil production metering stations, single pull stations, and more than 10,000 oil and water wells in the construction area.

In recent years, the oilfield has paid great attention to the trial and promotion of automation technology, and has continued to improve and innovate.

Technicians and manufacturers have jointly tackled key problems.

Compared with the conventional XJ450 workover rig, the overhaul operation automation device adds a surface system, a drill floor system, an intelligent centralized control system, and an automatic piping system for the second floor.

Entering the overhaul operation well site, there is a driller's room on one side of the drill floor, and there is an operation console in the driller's room.

The lifting and lowering of the pipe string is the basic link of the workover operation.

In the usual overhaul operations, an operator is required to wear an aerial work safety belt, board the two-story platform more than 20 meters high, and cooperate with two operators standing at the wellhead to complete the lifting and lowering of the pipe string.

　　"Since there is an operation automation device, the driller has issued operating instructions through the operation console, and the drill floor system and the second-stage automatic pipe arrangement system will cooperate with each other to automatically discharge the riser string from the center of the borehole to the second-stage platform.
