On May 27, the Guangdong Provincial Energy Administration issued its review opinions on the energy-saving report of the 50,000-ton-year polyolefin elastomer (POE) industrial pilot plant project of Maoming Branch of China Petrochemical Corporation

The main technical standards and construction plans adopted by the 50,000-ton-per-year polyolefin elastomer (POE) industrial pilot plant project of Maoming Branch of China Petrochemical Corporation are in line with the requirements of relevant national energy-saving regulations and energy-saving policies, and the energy-saving report of the project is approved in principle

The main construction contents of the project include:

Construction of an annual output of 50,000 tons of polyolefin elastomer (POE) industrial test equipment, including raw material refining and feeding unit, catalyst configuration unit, polymerization unit, polymer devolatilization unit, granulation unit, monomer and solvent recovery unit, etc.

Project energy consumption and main energy efficiency indicators:

After the project is completed and put into operation, the annual comprehensive energy consumption shall not be higher than 33,645 tons of standard coal (equivalent value), of which the annual power consumption shall not be higher than 24.
