announced
the information of the draft environmental impact report of the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) plant capacity expansion project.

According to the public information, Sinochem Quanzhou Petrochemical Co.
, Ltd.
has an existing EVA plant production capacity of 100,000 tons/year
.
The technical transformation project plans to expand the EVA capacity to 140,000 tons/year
on the basis of the existing equipment.
The project is located in Quanhui Petrochemical Park, Huian County, Quanzhou City, Fujian Province, and plans to build two 3,000 cubic meters of vinyl acetate storage tanks, oil and gas recovery pretreatment facilities, pump sheds, etc.
