Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy said it recently signed a third contract with Brazil's Voltalia to service
the Ventos da Serra do Mel 2 (VSM 2) wind energy project.
The scope of the contract between Siemens Gamesa and Voltalia, a recognized international company in the renewable energy sector with operations in 18 countries, includes the supply of 36 SG 3.

55 MW and a total nominal capacity of 128 MW in Rio Grande do Norte, northeast of Brazil

Commissioning of VSM 2 is planned for 2020

This is the third contract
signed between Siemens Gamesa and Voltalia in Brazil.
Since 2016, Siemens Gamesa has received a total of 318 MW
from Brazil's Voltalia.
