Shanghai Municipal Market Supervision Bureau 2021 No. 4 provincial food safety sampling information

In accordance with the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the Shanghai Food Safety Regulations and other provisions, the Bureau will now carry out the city's food safety sampling related information published as follows: This sampling information involves six categories of food, including: dairy products, canned goods, candy products, sugar, health food, edible agricultural products.
samples for sampling a total of 416 batches, of which 413 batches were qualified and 3 batches were not qualified.
non-conforming samples for 3 batches of sugar (non-conforming items: ticks, color values), sample information is detailed in the annex.
Regarding the non-conforming products found in the above-mentioned sampling, the Bureau has requested the relevant district market supervision and administration to promptly investigate and deal with the unqualified food and its production operators, investigate and deal with them in accordance with the law, further urge enterprises to fulfill their legal obligations, and record the relevant information in the food safety credit file of food producers and operators.
