In accordance with the " Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China ", "Shanghai Food Safety Regulations" and other provisions, the Shanghai Municipal Market Supervision Administration has announced the following information about the city's food safety sampling inspections :
This sampling information involves 15 categories of food, including: egg products , starch and starch products , condiments , bee products , canned food , cocoa and roasted coffee products, frozen drinks , food additives , sugar , vegetable products, potatoes and puffing food , aquatic products, water, fruit products , special dietary foods, infant formula and so on

A total of 665 batches of samples were sampled, of which 661 batches were qualified and 4 batches were unqualified

Samples failed to aquatic products Batch 1 (failure items: N- dimethyl nitrosamine ), 3 batches of potato and puffed food items [failed: total number of colonies , the acid value (in terms of fat) (of KOH) , Peroxide value (calculated as fat)], please refer to the appendix for sample information
