In accordance with the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the Shanghai Food Safety Regulations and other provisions, the Bureau will now carry out the city's food safety sampling related information published as follows: This sampling information involves 5 categories of food, including: frozen drinks, sugar, pastries, special dietary foods, edible agricultural products.
samples for sampling a total of 536 batches, of which 535 batches were qualified and 1 batch was not qualified.
non-conforming samples for the pastry 1 batch (non-conforming items: mold), sample information can be found in the annex.
Regarding the non-conforming products found in the above-mentioned sampling, the Bureau has requested the relevant district market supervision and administration to promptly investigate and deal with the unqualified food and its production operators, investigate and deal with them in accordance with the law, further urge enterprises to fulfill their legal obligations, and record the relevant information in the food safety credit file of food producers and operators.
