more and more studies have shown that neurosympathic signs (NSS) are one of the reliable internal esmogenesis of schizophrenia spectrum disease. Existing neuroimaging studies have revealed the brain networks of "motion coordination" and "suppression" in neurosoppytic signs to varying degrees, but the neural mechanisms of "sensory integration" are not yet clear.
recently, Chen Chu overseas, a researcher at the Neuropsychology and Applied Cognitive Neuroscience (NACN) Laboratory of the Mental Health Key Laboratory of the Institute of Psychology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and his collaborators estimated the genetic and family degree of neurosoppyms at the behavioral level. The study found that 56 pairs of healthy twins (28 pairs of identical twins and 28 pairs of identical twins) completed two brain function imaging tasks. The researchers looked at the brain activation and heredity of complex motion sequences and sensory integration. All the subjects completed a fist-edge-palm function task and an auditory-visual integration task, in which 3 pairs of twins were eliminated due to intense head movement, so a total of 26 pairs of identical twins and 27 pairs of foreign twins were included in the final analysis. The results showed that the central front, central back, temporal lobes, top lobes, auxiliary motor area, and the brain region such as the epicephaly were activated when the subjects completed the fist-edge-palm function tasks, while the central front, temporal lobes, shuttle back, throoses, and tail cores were activated when the subjects completed the auditory-visual integration tasks. In addition, the central front and masculiary activation at the time of the completion of the fist-edge-palm task, as well as the central front and the dendring brain activation when completing the auditory-visual integration task, were significantly genetic, between 0.5 and 0.62.
results suggest that the components that support complex motor sequences and sensory integration of these two neurom software signs from a brain-activated perspective are hereditary. In addition, the cortical-cortical-brain-cortical loop activated by the fist-edge-palm functional task and the auditory-visual integration task has varying degrees of damage in the schizophrenia genealogy group, so the study also provides reference for precision psychiatry and precision brain science.
