Saudi Arabia's energy minister said it had begun an agreement with SoftBank Group to develop 200 GW of solar projects
for the Kingdom, Reuters reported.

The kingdom's public investment fund agreed to invest $45 billion in a giant technology fund led by SoftBank Group, which is working with others on large-scale, multibillion-dollar megaprojects
related to the solar industry.

The country's energy minister also said PIF and the private sector would fund
renewable energy projects in the kingdom.
