Construction content: This project will build 1 set of 700,000 tons/year ethylene oxide plant, low-temperature water system, fire water station, steam turbine plant, cabinet room, substation, accident pool, deluge valve room, EO tank farm and related supporting circulating water station and air separation device (including argon system) and other auxiliary facilities

Construction location: Lianyungang Petrochemical Industry Base Lianyungang Petrochemical Co.
, Ltd.
, Xuxu New District, Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province;

Land area: The project does not add new land acquisition, and is constructed in the existing main factory area, covering an area of about 10.

Labor quota and work system: the labor quota of this project is 44 people, transferred from the existing project, no new labor quota, four shifts and three operation system, annual working time of 8,000 hours (333 days);

Construction period: 26 months
