Russian rapeseed oil exports may hit a record high

Russian Agricultural Investment Network reported on November 17 that, according to APK-Inform analysis agency information , Russian rapeseed oil exports have increased for six years due to increased demand in China .
The production and export volume of Russian rapeseed oil in the 2021/2022 agricultural year may hit a record high, reaching 853,000 tons (a year-on-year increase of 23%) and 835,000 tons (a year-on-year increase of 12%) .

The Russian Federation of Oils and Fats believes that the increase in rapeseed oil exports is related to Russia's restrictions on oilseed exports

China and Norway are forced to switch to buying finished rapeseed oil due to increased export tariffs on rapeseed from Russia
