    Multiple sclerosis (MS), an autoimmune disease in which immune cells strip the protective myelin insulation from nerves, has plagued researchers


    One of the key mysteries is why some of the body's immune cells become dysfunctional

    Multiple sclerosis patients often receive treatments that target immune cells that carry CD20, which scientists have traditionally thought of as B cells
