*Objective: To investigate the effect of mir-30b on the proliferation, migration and survival of osteosarcoma cells. Objective: To investigate the effect of cyclic RNA circtubgcp3 on the proliferation, migration and survival of osteosarcoma cells It is closely related to the various stages of tumorigenesis.however, few studies have elucidated the specific mechanism of the association between cyclic RNA and osteosarcoma (OS).it provides a new insight that cyclic RNA can be used as a potential therapeutic strategy for osteosarcoma.patients and methods: in this study, circtubgcp3 was selected from the previously reported CIRC RNA microarray data from OS cell lines and normal bone cells.subsequently, quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction was used to detect the expression level of circtubgcp3 in osteosarcoma specimens and cell lines.functional test was used to evaluate the effects of circtubgcp3 on proliferation, viability, viability and migration of human osteosarcoma cells.by Western blot, luciferase reporter gene and tumorigenesis test in vivo, the signal pathway of interaction between circtubgcp3, mir-30b and vimentin was analyzed.results: the data suggested that circtubgcp3 could be used as a sponge of mir-30b, further change the expression of vimentin, and promote the proliferation and metastasis of osteosarcoma cells.conclusion: circutbgcp3 can increase the possibility of the occurrence and proliferation of osteosarcoma, and it is a promoter of tumorigenesis. Keywords:osteosarcoma, circular RNA, circTUBGCP3, miR-30b, Vimentin
