It is understood that the new version of the Drug Administration Law stipulates that drug marketing authorization holders, pharmaceutical manufacturers, pharmaceutical trading enterprises and medical institutions shall purchase drugs from drug marketing authorization holders or enterprises with pharmaceutical production and trading qualifications, and preparations prepared by medical institutions shall not be sold
on the market.
The pharmacy violated the above regulations, and in March 2022, the Huadu District Market Bureau imposed an administrative penalty
of confiscating 148,700 yuan of illegal gains and fining 446,300 yuan on the chain pharmacy in accordance with the new version of the Drug Administration Law.
