However, the common aerobic compost has the problems of high mineralization, low humification, and unstable quality of the obtained products.
In order to explore the mechanism of bioaugmentation on the formation of humic acid during the composting process of kitchen waste, Zhou Xiaolu, a postgraduate student at the Chengdu Institute of Biology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, under the guidance of researcher Li Dong, used kitchen waste as raw material, and added a biodegradable product in the early stage of composting.
