Pump out storage logging tool to create a new domestic logging technology standard

In 2009, Southwest Measurement and Control Corporation and scientific research institutions jointly developed and launched the first set of pump-out storage logging tools in China, which solved the technical problems of complex horizontal well logging, improved the success rate of one-time logging, and improved the timeliness of operation.

Southwest Observation and Control took the lead in formulating the Sinopec standard "Pumped Storage Logging Operation Technical Specifications" and participated in the formulation of industry standards.

Weilai fully soluble bridge plug takes the first step of independent research and development

The fully soluble bridge plug is currently a key tool for shale gas development.

　　The product has applied for 6 patents, 4 invention patents, 1 patent has been obtained, of which 6 are invention patents, and API demonstration of the product is carried out.

　　On July 7, 2020, the new burst loose ground system independently developed by Southwest Observation and Control was successfully tested in the construction operation of Gudian 1 well burst loose button, and the effect was good, marking another technological innovation "blooming".

　　The ground system is a "functionally expanded version" developed by Southwest Observation and Control based on the self-developed cluster perforating winch panel based on the characteristics of conventional perforating and explosive release operations.

　　The new blasting ground system realizes complete synchronization of depth data and logging-related signals.

　　On October 28, 2020, Southwest Monitoring and Control used the XN90 direct push storage logging system to successfully complete the logging construction of Shunbei 41X well, breaking the record of the deepest logging depth created by itself with a well depth of 8472 meters.
