1, graphene conductive powder coating preparation and research
abstract: graphene to the surface of the powder base powder, in the curing process, graphene can be migrated to the surface of the coating, film after the preparation of conductive graphene powder coating (Bonding method). In contrast, graphene is mixed through the extruder and completely dispersed in the coating to prepare a conductive graphene powder coating (internal extrusion). It was found that when graphene consumption was also 0.3%, the surface resistance of the internal extrusive coating was 1012 s, while the Bonding method could be reduced to 106 s

. Bonding technology can greatly reduce the amount of graphene used and reduce costs. The chemical structure of powder coating is indicated by infrared spectroscopy, the curing process is determined by differential scanning amount thermometer (DSC), and the effect of graphene addition on the resistance of coating surface is discussed.

2, fine The symptoms of the fluid energy of powder powder coatings
abstract: In order to better solve the problems encountered by fine powder and ultra-fine powder coating particles in processing, airflow transport, spraying and other processes, this paper has carried out experimental research and regression analysis on the particle size parameters affecting the flow energy of fine powder coatings. The study found that it is not accurate enough to use medium particle size (D50) in industry to indicate fine powder paint fluidity. By examining the particle size and particle size distribution span of different characteristics, a method of characterizing the flow of fine powder coating by the D10-D50-D90 multivariate correlation model representing particle size and particle size distribution is proposed, which makes the prediction of fine powder coating mobility more reliable and accurate, and provides theoretical guidance for the industrial application of fine powder coating, especially ultra-fine powder coating.

    3. Research on the preparation and performance of fluorocarbon powder coatings for building aluminum profiles
Abstract: In order to develop a well-suited and cost-effective building aluminum profiles with FFEVE (fluoroolefin-vinyl ether co-polymer) type fluorocarbon powder coatings, focusing on the analysis of different manufacturers of fluorine resins, different types of isocyanate and pigment content on the performance of FEVE-type fluorocarbon coating. Comparing the aging resistance of different types of weather-resistant powder coatings, it is considered that acrylic and ultra-weather-resistant hydroxy resins are more suitable for modified fluorine resins, and the performance of these two types of resin-modified fluorine resins is further compared. The results showed that FEVE fluorocarbon powder coating was prepared with acrylic modified fluorine resin and self-enclosed isocyanate BF-1540, and the coating performance was excellent and cost-effective when the pigment amount was 22.5%.

4, low temperature cured GMA acrylic powder coating development and application
Abstract: The epoxy acrylic resin is modified and cured with binary pyric acid, and the 120-degree C low temperature cured epoxy acrylic powder coating is made suitable for plastic substrate by mixing, melting extrusion, grinding powder and screening. Combined with infrared curing, curing time can be reduced. After surface treatment of the polypropylene-made automotive bumper, the low-temperature cured epoxy acrylic powder coating is applied to the surface-treated car bumper to increase the adhesion of the coating to the bumper. The test results show that the coating has excellent appearance, adhesion and weather resistance, which reduces VOC emissions when the bumper is applied.

    5. Study on the synthesis and performance of acrylic resins used in transparent powder coatings
Summary: Acrylic resins with epoxy groups are legally synthesized by solution and their structure is indicated. The effects of methyl acrylic shrinkage glyceride (GMA) dosage and trigger type on acrylic resin and coating properties were studied. Acrylic resins for transparent powder coatings with high fluid level, high weather resistance and good corrosion resistance are synthesized by selecting triggers with weak hydrogen-grabbing capacity and optimization of polymerization processes.

6, outdoor serotonin cured dry anti-light powder coating with polyester resin synthesis and application
Summary: Developed for high, low-acid polyester resin for hydroxyamide (Primid) cured dry-mixed powder coating. The mechanical properties, boiling resistance and heat resistance of coating formed by baking after preparation of high and low acid polyester resin into powder coating and baking by mass ratio of 50:50 were studied. The results show that the dry and mixed gloss of the Primid curing system can be achieved: 25 to 35, the surface leveling and fineness are good, the mechanical performance and the water-resistant cooking performance is excellent, can partially replace isocyanate triglyceride (TGIC) cured powder coating.
