    According to the diameter of lipid droplets in hepatocytes, hepatocyte steatosis can be divided into two types: microvesicular (microvesicular steatosis) and macrovesicular (macrovesicular steatosis), the former being the early stage of the latter.

    HALO Area Quantification can quantitatively analyze the area and percentage of collagen content in the liver parenchyma of the NASH mouse model (Masson's trichrome or PSR staining), and calculate the area and percentage of different PSR staining intensities according to the PSR staining intensity ( Figure 2)






    In the entire tissue slide area, the total number of inflammatory cells and cell density were calculated
