In order to fully release the energy storage development potential of Qinghai Power Grid, in recent years, State Grid Qinghai Electric Power Company has for the first time included energy storage power stations as an independent subject in the power auxiliary service market in China, and proposed bilateral negotiation, bilateral bidding, market-based transaction mode and unilateral trading model.

Data show that as of the end of February this year, Qinghai Power Grid had an installed capacity of 363,000 kilowatts of grid-connected electrochemical energy storage, of which 2 power stations participating in shared energy storage had an installed capacity of 82,000 kilowatts.
