Antibodies that can bind closely to the target play an important role in biological research and medicine.
In the cover paper of "Science" on April 2, the researchers stated that the designed protein can assemble antibodies into modular nanocages.
The researchers said that the calculated protein (green) guides almost all antibodies or Fc fusion proteins (yellow) to assemble into highly ordered nanostructures, with symmetry ranging from dihedrons to icosahedrons (black structural diagrams).
