Recently, Professor Sun Jia’s team from the School of Food Science and Technology of Jiangnan University has made important progress in the treatment of celiac disease with the intestinal flora-antibacterial peptide CRAMP axis.
In addition to antibacterial activity, intestinal cathelicidin-related antimicrobial peptides (CRAMP) have immunomodulatory functions that have not yet been revealed.

Professor Sun Jia has long been engaged in the intervention of endogenous active substances and immune regulation of the body and related major diseases.
