Prevention of reuse of the pushback tester is used to detect the physical characteristics of the syringe professional efficient precision instrument, we have also mentioned the syringe tester in the previous articles, such as syringe fit positive pressure tester, syringe fit negative pressure tester, syringe piston thrust tester, syringe sliding tester, etc.
, but to prevent reuse of the thrust tester is not all syringes can be detected, this instrument can detect the syringe is a disposable sterile syringe with the characteristics of preventing reuse
。
Next, follow the footsteps of Weser Technology to understand it! The design and manufacturing standards for preventing reuse of the pushback tester are based on the relevant standards
in YY/T 0573.
4-2020 Disposable Sterile Syringe Part 4: Preventing Reuse of Syringes.
In this standard, it is clear that the syringe refers to a disposable sterile syringe made of plastic material, with or without a needle, for injection immediately after aspirating the liquid or suction liquid, and designed to prevent reuse
.
Disposable sterile syringes designed to prevent reuse need to be tested for physical properties: piston and rod core, coat and piston assembly, syringe residual capacity, syringe body fit, syringe prevention reuse characteristics, and the various physical properties of the syringe cone joint, axial force, thrust, connection force, etc
.
The anti-reuse characteristics of the syringe require that the syringe should not be reused once the reuse prevention function is activated in the normal state of use or according to the relevant test, in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions for use
.
The test method to prevent reuse characteristics is as follows: 1.
The principle is to prove that the syringe to prevent reuse characteristics (RUP) cannot be used again after failure, and the core rod is removed from the jacket with a test equipment or pressure device to record the force
required to remove the mandrel rod.
2.
The device requires the application of an axial tension device, when moving the core rod at a speed of 100 mm/min, the maximum force can reach 100 N
.
A device that applies a pressure can increase the rate of about 100 kPa/min up to 300 kPa
.
3.
In the test step, water is injected into the syringe, the air bubbles are discharged, and the piston is placed on the nominal capacity scale of the syringe, and then drained
.
Activate the anti-reuse feature
as required.
Through the test setup, an increasing tension is applied to pull the mandrel and the syringe is suction again until the tension reaches 100 N or the syringe is completed
again.
If the syringe can still be used again under the action of a tensile force of less than 100 N, the syringe fails the test
.
Another syringe is taken, the bubbles are discharged after water is filled, the piston is placed on the nominal volume scale of the syringe, and then drained
.
Activate the anti-reuse feature
as required.
By testing the device, apply a pressure of a slowly increasing force of about 100 kPa/min to the injection needle or cone joint until the pressure increases to 300 kPa, and observe whether the piston seal rewinds
in the syringe jacket.
If the syringe can be reused under pressure of less than 300 kPa, the syringe fails the test
.
The above are the principles and test methods to prevent the reuse of the thrust back tester, and I hope it will help
you.
