CJF series laboratory magnetic stirring reactor is a stirring reaction device for chemical reaction of gas-liquid, liquid-liquid, liquid-solid or gas-liquid-solid three-phase chemical materials.
Fully stirring under vacuum and temperature to enhance mass transfer and heat transfer process
.
Notes on the reaction kettle: 1.
The pressure-resistant kettle is a meticulous equipment.
The sealing ring adopts the form of conical contact and sealing, and the main bolts are tightened to make them press each other to achieve the purpose of sealing
.
Special care must be taken for the sealing cone to avoid damage caused by various collisions
.
When installing the cover, place the reactor body first, then put the cover in a fixed position and carefully install it on the kettle body.
When tightening the main bolts, they must be tightened symmetrically and gradually in several times.
Evenly, do not allow the kettle to tilt to one side to achieve a good sealing effect, and do not exceed the specified tightening torque to prevent the sealing surface from being squeezed or accelerated wear; 2.
After each operation, clean the kettle body and kettle cover.
Residues and all sealing surfaces on the autoclave should be cleaned frequently and kept dry.
Hard objects or soft objects with rough surfaces are not allowed to be cleaned; 3.
Use and operate in strict accordance with the "Safety Use Regulations for High Temperature and Pressure Reactors" The reaction kettle should not be operated alone, and more than two people are required for the experiment; 4.
During the working process of the autoclave, turn on the ventilation fan to ensure good ventilation; 5.
When there is pressure in the kettle, it is strictly forbidden to twist the nut or knock the autoclave; 6.
At the connection between the positive and negative nuts (the intake pipe, the exhaust pipe and the branch pipe connecting the pressure gauge and the kettle cover), only the nut is allowed to rotate, and the two sealing surfaces are not allowed to rotate relative to each other; 7.
Observe the indication of the pressure gauge at any time during operation.
Use the kettle under over-temperature and over-pressure conditions; 8.
If there is air leakage during the experiment, stop heating immediately and stop the experiment.
It is strictly forbidden to twist the nut at high temperature
