Huairen Town has an agricultural population of 35,000 people, cultivated land area of 52,000 mu, jurisdiction over 58 administrative villages, is a provincial poverty town, in 2011 Daxin, Donghan , Gangfang, Gangjia, Houliu, Huairen Street, Wa Li, Shengzhang, Wang Hu, Wang Zhizhi, Xihan, Xiaojiezi, Yanjia, Yangjia, Zhouji 15 villages were identified as "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" provincial poor villages, Qianliu, Yuhuangmiao 3 villages were later identified as provincial poor villages
.
In 2015, 15 provincial-level poor villages in Huairen Town reached the standards of "five links and ten haves", passed the acceptance of the county-level poverty alleviation department, and completed poverty alleviation
.
A total of 3,449 people from 1,115 poor households in the town have been lifted out of poverty
.
At present, Huairen Town has a total of 4,511 people from 1,541 registered poor households, and 630 people
from 214 households were lifted out of poverty in 2016.
