Figure 1 CT scan showing space-occupying lesions and small peritoneal nodules in the left hepatic lobe
TACE was performed in August 2012.
Figures 2, 3 Hepatic arteriography showed tortuous left hepatic artery, a large number of new blood vessels in the distal end, and mass tumor staining in the parenchymal stage
Figure 4-7 Post-arterial infusion chemoembolization re-examination, liver CT plain scan and phase 3 enhanced scan showed that the lipiodol deposition in the left hepatic mass was acceptable, and the arterial phase was significantly enhanced after enhanced scan; multiple enhancement nodules in the peritoneum; Figure 8 CT scan showing right adrenal metastases

HLD, also known as Wilson's disease, is an autosomal recessive hereditary copper metabolism disorder.
Studies have confirmed that free copper ions accumulate in hepatic cytoplasm and cause liver damage in patients with HLD.
Experimental studies have shown that intravenous or subcutaneous injection of copper or copper acetate in male rats can increase the level of liver copper, inhibit the gene that initiates liver cancer, and reduce the synthesis of DNA from thymidine.
