Petrobras' second-quarter crude oil output fell 5% year-on-year

Recently, Petrobras stated in a document submitted to a securities company that the daily crude oil production in the second quarter was 114 million barrels, a decrease of 2% month-on-month and a year-on-year decrease of

Petrobras commented alongside its results, saying the drop in production was due to the sale of 10 percent stakes in the Sepia and Atapu fiel.

Petrobras said the drop in output was in line with expectations and would not revise its 2022 output quota of 6 million b.
In addition, Petrobras also warned that in the second half of the year, especially the fourth quarter, there will be a large number of refinery shutdown pla.
