According to a report by the Philippine Business Mirror on December 23, the latest report of the Philippine Statistics Agency (PSA) shows that the per capita rice consumption in the Philippines has dropped from 109.
87 kg in 2016 to 103.
25 kg in 2018, a decrease of 6%.
