Based on the gastroscopic screening cohort of the National Upper Gastrointestinal Cancer Early Diagnosis and Early Treatment Project in Linqu, Shandong Province, this study not only conclusively verified the effectiveness of upper gastrointestinal endoscopy screening in real-world situations, but also provided a basis for optimizing endoscopy.
