The main varieties of Fujian oolong tea
Northern Fujian oolong tea
The main producing areas are located in Wuyishan, Jianyang and Jianou in northern Fujian
Wuyi Rock Tea is one of the famous historical teas.
Both narcissus and oolong in northern Fujian are produced in the northern Fujian region of Fujian Province, and the production areas are distributed in Nanping cities such as Jianou, Jianyang, Shunchang and Shaowu
Hokkien Oolong Tea
Mainly produced in the areas of Quanzhou and Zhangzhou in southern Fujian Province, there are many varieties of this type of oolong tea, and the main producing counties have leading varieties, which are crowned with county names, such as Anxi Tieguanyin, Yongchun Bergamot, Pinghe Baiya Qilan, Zhao An Baxian, etc.

Phoenix Narcissus, mainly produced in the area of Phoenix Mountain in Chao'an, has a plump and even shape, a grayish-brown dark color, and a fragrant and fragrant internal aroma
Phoenix Dancong, based on the combination of strain and quality characteristics, is divided into 10 fragrance types, namely yellow branch incense, zhilan incense, honey orchid incense, sweet-scented osmanthus incense, magnolia incense, ginger flower incense, evening incense, jasmine incense, almond incense, and cinnamon incense
