Mainly produced in the areas of Quanzhou and Zhangzhou in southern Fujian Province, there are many varieties of this type of oolong tea, and the main producing counties have leading varieties, which are crowned with county names, such as Anxi Tieguanyin, Yongchun Bergamot, Pinghe Baiya Qilan, Zhao An Baxian, etc.

In Zhangping City, western Fujian, there is also a kind of oolong tea called Zhangping Shuixian tea cake.

The main varieties of Guangdong oolong tea

Guangdong oolong tea is rich in Chao'an and Raoping places in Shantou area; the main varieties are Phoenix Narcissus, Langcai, Dancong, Shiguping Oolong, Raoping and so on

      Phoenix Narcissus, mainly produced in the area of ​​Phoenix Mountain in Chao'an, has a plump and even shape, a grayish-brown dark color, and a fragrant and fragrant internal aroma

      Phoenix Dancong, based on the combination of strain and quality characteristics, is divided into 10 fragrance types, namely yellow branch incense, zhilan incense, honey orchid incense, sweet-scented osmanthus incense, magnolia incense, ginger flower incense, evening incense, jasmine incense, almond incense, and cinnamon incense

      There is also Lingtou Dancong from Raoping, which has a floral and honey rhyme

The main varieties of Taiwan oolong tea

      Taiwan oolong tea is produced in the tea districts of Taipei, Taoyuan, Hsinchu, Miaoli, Yilan, Nantou, Yunlin, Chiayi and other counties and cities

      Wenshan Baozhong tea is produced in the Wenshan area of ​​Taipei County and Nangang and Mucha in Taipei City

      Dongding oolong tea is produced in Nantou County, Yunlin County, Chiayi County and other places

      Baihao oolong tea (also known as Pengfeng tea, Oriental beauty tea, champagne oolong tea), Baihao oolong tea is produced in summer, and there are no varieties of Qingxinda in Beipu, Emei, Miaoli County and other places in Hsinchu County.
