In order to facilitate the provincial drug regulatory departments to do a better job of new and old system users, the relevant matters are heeded below.First, in order to implement the relevant requirements of the Guidance of the General Office of the State Council on Speeding Up the Promotion of "Inter-provincial Access" to Government Services (State Office issued No. 35 of 2020), the provincial drug regulatory departments are requested to refer to the Guidelines for the Supervision of Users of the Provincial Bureau of Drug Business Application Systems (see Annex 1), to carry out "domestic drug re-registration" and "domestic drug changes without technical content" in accordance with the law.
Second, if the original domestic drug registration related business system account number, the original account information has been synchronized to the drug business application system, you need to use the original domestic drug registration related business system account to log into the drug business application system, and improve the basic personal information, you can successfully activate the account information.Third, the newly opened user account, please use the province's administrator account (see annex 2) to log into the pharmaceutical business application system, in the "system settings - user management" account opening and rights allocation. After the opening of the account number in the pharmaceutical business application system, the system automatically pushes the account information to the relevant business system of the original domestic drug registration, ensuring that both systems can use the account for business.Fourth, the account number can be activated or opened after the drug business application system can be logged in.
