According to the relevant provisions of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and its implementation regulations and the arrangement of the food safety supervision and sampling plan of Shandong Province, in order to further protect food safety, the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau has provided health food, catering food, fried food and nut products, egg products, condiments, soy products, pastries, canned food, alcohol, frozen drinks, grain processing products, meat products, dairy products, food additives, edible agricultural products, edible oil, grease and its products, vegetable products, aquatic products, fruit products, quick-frozen food, A total of 1967 batches of samples of 22 major categories of food were supervised and sampled, including catering food, fried food and nut products, pastries, grain processing products, meat products, edible agricultural products, edible oil, grease and its products, aquatic products, and beverages, and 25 batches of samples of 9 categories of food were unqualified, and agricultural and veterinary drug residues exceeded the standard, food additives exceeded the range and limit of use, quality indicators did not meet the standard, microbial contamination, heavy metal pollution, and biotoxins were
detected.
The relevant situation is announced as follows (see Annex 2 for specific information on supervision and sampling of unqualified food).

First, the problem of excessive residues of agricultural and veterinary drugs

(4) The raw beef, enrofloxacin and lincomycin sold by Yichen Beef and Mutton Shop in Pingyin County did not meet the national
food safety standards.

(5) The raw pork sold in the sunshine supermarket of Xiji Town, Shanting District, of which enrofloxacin does not meet the national
food safety standards.
