Notice of hunan Food and Drug Administration on food safety supervision and sampling of 22 batches of non-conforming food (No. 48 of 2018)

Recently, Hunan Food and Drug Administration organized supervision and inspection of meat products, food additives, sugar, edible agricultural products, cooking oil, oil and its products, vegetable products, potatoes and puffed food, aquatic products, fruit products, frozen food, candy products, condiments, beverages and other food categories a total of 704 batches, of which 682 batches of sampling inspection items qualified, 22 batches of non-conforming.
The notice is as follows: First, does not meet food safety standards, there is a food safety risk of 22 batches of non-conforming food (see annex 1) specifically as follows: candy products: the label Changsha Yumantian Food Co., Ltd. production of ginger sugar detection coliform project does not meet the requirements of food safety standards.
Vegetable Products: The crispy radishes (radishes), crispy radishes (radish strips) and spicy crispy radishes produced by Hunan Province Twisted Girl Food Technology Co., Ltd. all detected benzoic acid and its sodium salts (in benzoic acid) and preservatives mixed with the proportion of their maximum use of the project does not meet food safety standards.

II, the provincial Food and Drug Administration has informed Changsha, Zhuzhou, Puyang, Yueyang, Changde, Yiyang, Huaihua, Yandi, Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture and other cities and state food and drug regulatory bureaus to investigate and punish according to law, and asked the relevant food production and operation enterprises to find out the flow of food, recall unqualified food, analysis of the reasons and rectification.
Changsha, Zhuzhou, Puyang, Yueyang, Changde, Yiyang, Huaihua, Yandi, Xiangxi and other cities and states food and drug regulatory bureaus from the date of this notice issued within 7 days to the public food safety risk prevention and control measures, within 3 months to the provincial Food and Drug Administration to report investigation and treatment, product control, illegal activities investigation, cause troubleshooting and production and operation enterprise rectification and other verification and disposal of the situation and to the community.
