On the eve of the Spring Festival, the Anhui Provincial Administration for Market Supervision organized and carried out the special supervision and sampling inspection of food safety during the Spring Festival in 2023, and a total of 598 batches of samples of 14 types of food, such as fried food and nut products, egg products, condiments, pastries, alcohol, grain processing products, meat products, dairy products, edible agricultural products, edible oils, oils and fats and their products, aquatic products, quick-frozen foods, candy products, beverages, etc

According to the national food safety standard inspection and judgment, 594 batches of qualified samples and 4 batches of unqualified samples were sampled and inspected (see annex).

For the unqualified products found in the above-mentioned sampling inspection, the local market supervision department has ordered the producers and operators to clarify the flow of products, recall and remove the unqualified products, control the risks, and analyze the reasons for rectification, and the unqualified products involved have been verified and disposed of as required
