In a paper published in Nature Communications, researchers in the Department of Tumor Pathology have created a cell line resource dataset and analysis tools that can be used to identify features that sensitize specific leukemias to novel targeted therapies

The researchers used cell lines from childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) patients and analyzed protein, RNA and susceptibility to 528 clinically approved or under investigation drugs
