Under the current new situation of the transformation and upgrading of green and healthy aquaculture mode in China's aquatic industry, it is particularly important to ensure the growth performance of fish by enhancing disease resistance and immunity
Researchers from the Water Bioinformatics Subject Group of the Institute of Hydrobiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, based on the SBMIE intestinal and liver transcriptome data of grass carp published in Frontiers in Physiology , used TCMID ( Traditional Chinese Medicines Integrated Database ) to predict the effective treatment of intestinal and liver inflammation.
Specifically, in the zebrafish SBMIE model, it was found that the addition of sea buckthorn fruit powder could significantly reduce the inflammatory response of intestinal mucosa and liver tissue
The above research results suggest that seabuckthorn fruit powder, as a feed additive for fish, can significantly improve the intestinal and liver lesions caused by feed in aquaculture, and improve its growth index
