Zhang Jianhua emphasized that energy work in 2022 must adhere to the general tone of seeking progress while maintaining stability

Second, we must accelerate the development of green and low-carbon energy, strengthen policy measures, speed up the implementation of renewable energy alternatives, develop nuclear power in a safe and orderly manner, and improve the power system's regulation capabilities

Third, we must accelerate the advancement of energy technology innovation, focus on strengthening technological and equipment research, and vigorously carry out technological and industrial innovation

Fourth, we must deepen the reform of the system and mechanism, accelerate the construction of a unified national power market system, actively promote market-oriented power transactions, and steadily promote the reform of the pipeline network

Fifth, we must improve the efficiency of energy supervision, optimize the business environment for electricity use, strengthen market supervision in key areas, strengthen power safety supervision, and strengthen the construction of a supervisory system

Sixth, we must expand international energy cooperation, make overall plans for energy cooperation between major countries, promote high-quality "Belt and Road" energy cooperation, and carefully build an international cooperation platform
