The "Notice" proposes to establish a monthly dispatch mechanism for the development and construction of renewable energy power generation projects, and conduct the entire process of dispatching renewable energy power generation projects from approval (approval, filing), start, construction, grid connection to commissioning

Specifically, the "Notice" puts forward relevant work requirements for various participating entities:
Beginning in August 2021, all provincial energy authorities and major central power generation companies shall, before the 15th of each month, review the development and construction status of renewable energy power generation projects in their respective provinces (regions, municipalities) and enterprises (including newly approved capacity).
, New construction capacity, cumulative capacity under construction, cumulative grid-connected capacity, expected grid-connected capacity at the end of the year, etc.
) After the statistics are summarized, they will be directly reported to the New Energy Department of the National Energy Administration
The State Grid Corporation of China will report the development and construction of renewable energy projects within the coverage of the new energy cloud platform to the New Energy Department of the National Energy Administration before the 15th of each month

China Southern Power Grid and Inner Mongolia Electric Power Company will report the information on grid connection and commissioning of renewable energy projects in the business area of the company to the New Energy Department of the National Energy Administration before the 15th of each month
All provincial-level energy authorities shall organize the development and construction units of renewable energy projects in the province to report the development and construction of renewable energy power generation projects in a timely manner by relying on the renewable energy power generation project information management system of the National Renewable Energy Information Management Center

Before the 20th of each month, the National Renewable Energy Information Management Center will form a monthly monitoring and evaluation report on the development and construction of renewable energy power across the country last month and submit it to the New Energy Department of the National Energy Administration, and copy it to the provincial energy authorities
