On June 9, the National Bureau of Statistics announced the national CPI for May

On the same day, the National Development and Reform Commission issued the "Plan for Improving the Government's Pork Reserve Adjustment Mechanism and Doing a Good Job in Sustaining Supply and Stable Prices in the Pork Market" (referred to as the "Plan")

Compared with the previous adjustments, the 2021 "Plan" has revised and improved the core contents such as early warning indicators and intervals, reserve classification and scale, and reserve adjustment mechanism
